As an investor, you have the right to receive certain information about the fund(s) and the sub-fund(s) you have invested in. 2. Right to Notification
As an investor you have the right to be notified of any material changes to the fund such as changes to the fund’s investment objectives, strategies, or risks.
3. Right to Complain
As an investor, you have the right to complain if you are dissatisfied with the fund’s performance or with the way in which the fund is managed. Please contact info@sdm.lu if you wish to make a complaint.
4. Right to Redemption
As an investor, you have the right to redeem your shares/units in the fund(s) or sub-fund(s) in accordance with the terms set out in the fund’s prospectus. Please refer to the prospectus for more information on the redemption process.
5. Right to Data Privacy
As an investor, you may have rights in respect of your personal data, including a right to access and rectification of your personal data, a right to deletion, and in some circumstances a right to object to the processing of your personal data.
